DR Traffic Control (“DR Traffic Control,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of users of the DR WorkOps mobile application.

DR WorkOps is an internal workforce management application intended exclusively for authorized DR Traffic Control employees and personnel.

The App may be publicly available for download through the Apple App Store and Google Play; however, downloading the App does not provide access to its functionality.

Users must have an active account created or authorized by DR Traffic Control. Public registration is not available.

DR WorkOps processes information necessary to manage workforce operations and provide employees with access to their assigned work activities.

This may include:

· Employee name

· Email address

· Phone number

· User or employee ID

· Assigned role and permissions

· Shift assignments

· Shift status

· Work schedules

· Job locations

· Work orders

· Timesheets

· Assigned equipment

· Assigned materials

· Certifications

· Safety forms

· Operational forms

· Work-related notes

· Photos or documents submitted through the App

The information available to each user depends on their role, permissions, and assigned work.

Information processed through DR WorkOps is used for legitimate workforce and operational purposes, including:

· Allowing employees to accept or decline assigned shifts

· Providing shift and job information

· Managing work orders

· Processing timesheets

DR WorkOps is not used for consumer advertising or public marketing purposes.

DR WorkOps does not provide public account registration.

Employee accounts are created, authorized, managed, suspended, or deactivated by DR Traffic Control.

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and should not share their account information with unauthorized individuals.

If an employee believes their account has been accessed without authorization, they should immediately contact their supervisor or DR WorkOps Support.

DR WorkOps may display addresses, cross streets, job locations, and other location information associated with assigned shifts or work orders.

The App may also allow users to open job locations using third-party navigation services.

If DR WorkOps requests access to the device's location, such access will only be used when required by an enabled workforce or operational feature.

Location information is not used for advertising purposes.

Certain DR WorkOps features may allow employees to submit:

· Photos

· Safety documentation

· Operational forms

· Job-related files

· Timesheet information

· Other work-related attachments

Employees should only upload information necessary for authorized DR Traffic Control business activities.

DR WorkOps may process limited technical information necessary to maintain application security, reliability, and performance.

This may include:

· Device type

· Operating system

· App version

· IP address

· Authentication activity

· Error information

· Crash information

· Diagnostic information

· Security-related events

This information may be used to identify technical issues, maintain system security, and improve application performance.

DR WorkOps may send work-related notifications regarding:

· New shift assignments

· Shift changes

· Requests to accept or decline shifts

· Scheduling updates

· Work assignment updates

· Operational notifications

Employees may manage notification permissions through their mobile device settings.

Disabling notifications may prevent the employee from receiving important work-related updates.

DR Traffic Control does not sell personal information processed through DR WorkOps .

Information may be accessible to authorized DR Traffic Control personnel when required for business operations, including:

· Dispatchers

· Supervisors

· Administrators

· Authorized support personnel

DR Traffic Control may also use technology providers necessary to operate and maintain DR WorkOps , including services related to:

These providers may process limited information necessary to provide their services.

Certain records may remain stored after an employee's DR WorkOps account has been disabled when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

When an employee is no longer authorized to use DR WorkOps , DR Traffic Control may disable or remove access to the employee's account.

Because DR WorkOps is an employer-managed workforce application, employees cannot independently create or activate accounts through the App.

Questions regarding account access, corrections, or deactivation should be directed to DR Traffic Control.

DR WorkOps may allow employees to open assigned job locations using third-party navigation applications such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze.

When an employee uses an external application or service, that third party's privacy policy and terms apply.

DR WorkOps is a professional workforce application intended exclusively for authorized DR Traffic Control personnel.

It is not designed or intended for children or general consumer use.

DR Traffic Control may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to:

· DR WorkOps functionality

· Operational processes

· Security practices

· Technology providers

· Legal or regulatory requirements
