The project will replace the roof, add solar panels, and restore exterior elements like structural steel and expansion joints. It has a $75 million budget, with $31 million funded through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

Remodel and seismic upgrade of the historic 100 McAllister Street tower, built in 1930 by Timothy Pflueger. The building has served as a church, hotel, wartime facility, and government office before UC Law SF acquired it in 1980 for student housing.

This project will add swing gates, pedestrian gates, handrail, related signal upgrades, and minor civil improvements at various at-grade crossings, mostly along the Vasona Corridor.

Construction of a 22-story affordable housing tower with 303 rental apartments. 102 will be affordable, and 201 will be market-rate.

Upgrading and installing cameras near ramp metering systems across major roads and freeways to improve traffic safety.

The Westside Pump Station reliability project at Ocean Beach, part of SFPUC’s multi-billion-dollar Sewer System Improvement Program, upgraded aging sewer infrastructure. Work included deep excavation, concrete structures, mechanical and electrical systems, and new underground utilities. A new concrete building was built for electrical equipment, and existing facilities received upgrades such as a knife gate system, valves, and a 54” mainline connection to the Oceanside Water Treatment Plant.

Transbay Block 2 East is expected to add 184 units designated as affordable to households earning between 20% and 80% of the area’s median income. Transbay Block 2 East and West represent a 335-unit infill replacing a third of the city block, just under an acre, that once hosted the Transbay Temporary Terminal. Both buildings have been designed with a five-story townhouse-style wall along the future extension of Clementina Street that will divide Block 2 and the Block 3 public park.

The India Basin Waterfront Park project at 900 Innes Avenue will create a 10-acre park connecting 64 acres of continuous open space and trails from Heron’s Head Park to the future Northside Park. As part of the Blue Greenway, it will link the Embarcadero to Candlestick Point with pedestrian and bike paths. The project includes historic restoration, three new buildings, and site improvements, providing recreation, education, and economic benefits for over 40,000 nearby residents.
